During 2010 South Indian Bank decided to go for a face lift to the 30 year old Head Quaters - the Corporate Office -of 93 year old leading Bank at Trissur (Kerala) . Architect Vivek was selected as the designer and he did the work brilliantly It remains as a landmark building till date at Sakthan Thamburan Nagar , Trissur . Later he designed the entire floor of IT Center / Data Center at Kakanad (close to Infopark Kochi) and 30,000 Sft Regional office at Parinee Cresenzo towers at BKC Mumbai He also designed few of our major branches in metros like Bangalore and urban centres like Kochi during the same period
Architect Vivek was commissioned with the Kindergarten Project and was requested to follow the guidelines of Kangaroo Kids brand. The design was done effortlessly taking all the anthropometric details of little children and their related spaces. But the best part is it was done with “Pre-Cast / Pre-Engineered” technology. A lot of professional efforts went into balancing the aesthetics and function with technical details. It is indeed commendable the execution and erection of the entire campus was monitored and completed in just 42 days. Great job.
