The special feature of the Design is the Long walkway with staircase that leads to the 2nd floor of the. Building directly and then the distribution to various floors at that level happens with a visitors lounge located at this level. Certain rooms are taken off the grid only to create leisure seating spaces for the male  students that enable them to have fun activities and calm studying spaces with landscaped trees brought inside the building.
